Service Description:

Bolton Tuition Hub offers tutoring services in subjects including Maths, English, Science, and 11+. Sessions are one hour long and are available for students aged 6-16. Sessions can be conducted both online and in-person. Students are assigned a designated time slot during the week, and changes to these time slots require consultation with the Bolton Tuition Hub team.

 

Booking Process:

Parents can book a free assessment through the online website. Once the free assessment is completed, sessions can be booked in person.

Payment and Pricing:

• Payments are required to be made four weeks in advance.

• The four-week tuition fee is non-refundable.

• Students can reschedule a session with a notice of at least 24 hours.

• If rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee for the session will be charged.

• One month's advance notice is required for cancellations.

 

In-Person Sessions:

• Bolton Tuition Hub operates seven days a week.

• Students are expected to arrive on time for their sessions, as lateness will not be compensated for.

• Parents should arrive on time to collect their child after the session.

 

Online Sessions:

• Online sessions take place on Microsoft Teams.

• Parents will receive a link via their preferred email address to access the session.

• Students must be punctual and have all necessary equipment ready for the session.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling of sessions requires at least 24 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full session fee charge.

 

Parental Consent:

• The Instructor requires various information about the student for effective teaching.

• Parents/legal guardians are required to provide relevant information about the student and themselves.

• The Instructor will not seek additional personal information without specific authority.

• The Instructor will not publish photographs or names of students without parental/legal guardian consent.

 

Tutor Qualifications:

• Teachers are qualified with QTS certification and possess experience in various educational settings.

• Teachers have experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and ages.

 

Privacy and Data Protection:

During the booking process, we may collect certain information such as your name, contact details, and specific tutoring requirements. This data is collected solely for the purpose of providing our tutoring services and improving your learning experience. Liability and Disclaimers:

Our tutoring services are offered without any specific outcome guarantees. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website content. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate tutoring services for any reason by providing written notice. In the event of termination by Bolton Tuition Hub, any unused prepaid tutoring sessions will be refunded to you. If you terminate services, no refunds will be provided for prepaid sessions. Termination due to violations of our policies may result in immediate termination without refunds.

Modification of Terms:

Bolton Tuition Hub reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the website.
